Minibar and welcome tray:

All our rooms feature a minibar with complimentary beverages (still water, sparkling water) as well as tea, coffee, and a kettle.

WiFi:

Internet access is free throughout the hotel on the “FREE NASH AIRPORT” network. Simply enter your room number and last name. You can find connection instructions in the WiFi tab if needed.

TV:

All our rooms are equipped with a television (insert channel list?)

Adapter:

At the vending machine located at reception, you can purchase adapters if needed at the price of 15 CHF.

Telephone:

To contact reception, dial 2002.
To contact another room, dial 2 first, then the room number.
For external calls, dial 0 to get an outside line, then your correspondent’s number.

Hair Dryer:

All our rooms are equipped with a hair dryer.

External dry cleaning service:

An external dry cleaning service is available for an additional charge from Monday to Friday.
Simply complete the form available in your room and hand the dry cleaning bag to reception before 9:00 AM. Payment is made upon return of your garments at reception.

“Do Not Disturb” sign

If you do not wish to be disturbed, please place the “do not disturb” sign on the door handle of your room entrance so that it is clearly visible to housekeeping staff. Please note that out of respect for your request, you will not be disturbed during this time.
The room will not be cleaned as long as the sign is displayed.

Maintenance:

For any anomaly or malfunction in your room, please contact reception and we will do our utmost to resolve it.

Safe:

Your room is equipped with a personal safe with a code. Operating instructions are inside the safe.
Please place your valuables inside your safe.
The hotel cannot be held responsible for the disappearance of items that have not been secured in the safe.

Security:

Safety instructions and devices comply with international standards. The main entrance of the hotel and reception are monitored by security cameras. The hotel is equipped with a secure fire alarm system. Please keep your valuables in the safe available in your room.
