Our reception is open 24/7.

For any information requests, please do not hesitate to contact us via the chat or the telephone available in your room. (Chat logo to be added)

Check-in is from 12:00 PM.

Check-out is at 12:00 PM.

For early arrival or late departure, you may request this at reception subject to availability and payment of an additional fee.

We would also like to remind our guests that pets are not accepted in our hotel.

Accepted payment methods:

American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, CUP, Diners Club, Union Pay and JCB.

Twint and Post Card are not accepted.

Currency Exchange:

We offer a currency exchange service at reception for EUR and USD only, according to the exchange rate applied and displayed at reception.

Wake-up Service:

Upon request, we can offer you a wake-up service via a call to your room.

Luggage Storage Service:

Our luggage storage service is available free of charge only from the day of your arrival until the day of your departure.

For luggage storage outside of your stay at our establishment, please contact reception for the cost and availability of this service.

Shuttle Service:

The hotel offers guests a free shuttle service between the hotel and the airport and from the airport to the hotel. You will find all this information in the “Shuttle and Parking” section for all information on schedules as well as real-time tracking of our shuttle service.

Parking:

The hotel offers guests private parking subject to availability only for the duration of your stay, for a fee. For the parking rate list, you can find the information under the “Shuttle and Parking” tab.

Vending Machine / Adapter:

You can find adapters at the price of 5 CHF for sale in the vending machine near reception.

In the vending machine, you will also find drinks and snacks.
